Gender equality: an incalculable index
The Gender Equality Index, introduced by the law of January 8, 2019, aims to reduce professional inequalities within companies by means of a score out of 100 based on 4 predetermined indicators.
Despite a policy of equal pay that has been in place for several years, the indicators used to establish the Gender Equality Index make it incalculable on January 1, 2025 for the year 2024.
Nevertheless, we continue to work every day to promote gender equality in a sector that is still particularly male-dominated.
We remain fully committed to this issue, particularly in terms of gender diversity within our company.
Over the course of 2024, here are the results for the index's calculated indicators:
- 1st indicator (pay gap): Incalculable.
Our recruitment and remuneration policy is genuinely geared towards equality between men and women with equivalent skills, despite the specific nature of our professions.
- 2nd indicator (pay rise discrepancies): We scored 35/35.
This means that every employee received a pay rise in 2024.
- 3rd indicator (percentage of employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave): incalculable
In fact, no employee returned from maternity leave in 2024.
- 4th indicator (number of female employees among the 10 highest earners): we scored 0/10.
However, we are continuing to make progress, as since 2024, one woman has joined our company's top 10 highest earners.
We are determined to pursue and accelerate our efforts by consolidating our commitments, just as we are pursuing the development of actions that contribute to advancing professional equality between women and men, but also to attracting more female talent to our businesses.
